Every month has a destination where conditions align perfectly. Here's where to go, and when, from now through June 2027.
July 2026: Santorini, Greece
Warm seas, blue skies, and vibrant night scenes in Oia and Fira make July the island's sweetest month. Sunbathe on volcanic beaches, watch the famous caldera sunsets, and eat your way through fresh seafood and local wine. This is Santorini at its most alive.

August 2026: Banff, Canada
August is peak summer in the Canadian Rockies. Long daylight hours give you maximum time to hike, canoe on the turquoise water of Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, and spot wildlife on scenic mountain trails. The days are warm, the nights cool, and the scenery is nothing short of extraordinary.

September 2026: Dubai, UAE
The punishing summer heat softens in September, making this the right moment to explore the city. Cultural festivals, gleaming modern architecture, and the still-warm Gulf waters sit alongside desert adventures and world-class dining. Dubai rewards visitors who time it right.

October 2026: Buenos Aires, Argentina
Spring arrives in BA with jacaranda trees in full bloom and a city buzzing with open-air energy. Shoulder season keeps the crowds down while the locals are out in force. Catch a tango show, wander the parks, and eat steak that earns every bit of its reputation.

November 2026: Tuscany, Italy
Harvest season is Tuscany's hidden gem. The summer crowds are gone, the vineyards are working, and the olive groves are glowing with autumn color. November is the moment for unhurried wine tastings, truffle hunts in the countryside, and quiet mornings in hill towns like Siena and San Gimignano.

December 2026: New York City, USA
No city does December quite like New York. The Rockefeller Center tree, festive holiday markets in Bryant Park and Union Square, skating rinks, Broadway shows, and department store windows that stop people mid-stride. Cold, yes. Worth it, absolutely.

January 2027: Kyoto, Japan
Winter strips Kyoto back to its essence. The temples and shrines are remarkably peaceful without the usual crowds, the streets quieter, and the pace easier. January also means New Year traditions are still in the air, and warming bowls of local winter cuisine make the cold entirely worthwhile.

February 2027: Marrakech, Morocco
Mild February temperatures make Marrakech's sensory overload genuinely enjoyable rather than exhausting. Wander the souks and medinas at your own pace, linger over mint tea on a rooftop cafe, and visit Jardin Majorelle and Bahia Palace without the summer heat or crowds pressing in around you.

March 2027: Reykjavik, Iceland
March sits right at the intersection of aurora season and the return of daylight. The northern lights are still reliable on clear nights, while longer days open up glacier tours and geothermal pools. Iceland feels like it's waking up again in March, and you get to be there for it.

April 2027: Venice, Italy
April hits the sweet spot in Venice: comfortable temperatures, blooming gardens, and a city that hasn't yet been overtaken by summer visitors. Take the gondola ride without the crowds, explore St. Mark's Basilica on your own timeline, and discover the quieter neighborhoods that most tourists never reach.

May 2027: Queenstown, New Zealand
Autumn colors hang over the Remarkables and the crowds thin before winter sets in. Queenstown's adventure infrastructure, hiking, skydiving, bungee, all runs year-round, but May adds crisp air, lakeside serenity, and vineyards at their most scenic. The hot pools are especially good when the temperature drops.

June 2027: Patagonia, Chile
Early winter in Patagonia means snow-dusted peaks, near-empty trails, and some of the clearest atmospheric conditions of the year. If you want solitude and dramatic landscapes, this is the version of Patagonia that rewards it. Fewer tourists means the wildlife is less disturbed and the photography is extraordinary.
